Services, prices + availability are subject to change without prior notice. Please call ahead for verification. pH Drip Lab does not bill insurance for these services. We accept cash + credit cards only. We do not accept personal checks. Patients, please contact your insurance carrier to pre-authorize use of FSA + HSA cards for allowable treatments. We do not offer refunds for services, treatments + pre-paid packages only store credit.

Membership Payment/Automatic Renewal

You agree to be charged at the time of membership subscription based on the type of plan you have selected. Your subscription will be renewed automatically and billed to your credit card/debit card at the beginning of each subscription period until you cancel the service. You may cancel at any time. The monthly subscription plans are renewed automatically on 30-day intervals, and the annual subscriptions plans are renewed automatically on 365-day intervals.

Cancellation Policy

All memberships and subscriptions provided by pH Drip Lab/Proactive Health Labs will automatically renew. Clients can manage their own subscriptions using the link provided to them in each email. This page allows you to cancel the membership and not charge you again. Cancellation request can also be submitted by calling (818) 728-9882 or you can email hello@phdriplab.com at least 48 hours before the renewal date. The cancellation will terminate future use of the service and automatic renewals will end. There are no refunds.
